How to make

Step 1
Open up the card then draw faint lines 2.5cm in from each edge. Cut out the drawn square with a craft knife.

Step 2
Trim pink card 14.5cm square then adhere inside the card.

Step 3
Trim two lengths of pink twine 15cm long, lay on a flat surface then tape down the ends. Trim lengths of washi tape 5cm long then starting in the centre, fold 5 pieces over each length of twine.

Step 4
Trim each length of folded washi tape into a bunting flag shape.

Step 5
Open up the card then lay the flags across the square aperture. Secure the ends of the twine in place with washi tape.

Step 6

Draw two faint lines approximately 1.5cm apart across the top and bottom of the card front.

 

Lightly write a sentiment in pencil.

Step 7
Write the sentiment in a pink marker pen then rub out the pencil lines.
