Step-1

Start by wrapping the raffia around the polystyrene wreath base, using pearl head pins to secure the beginning and end of the spool, to prevent it from unravelling.

Step-2

Position the mistletoe hanging decoration onto the wreath, manipulating slightly so that it follows the curve of the wreath base. Secure into place, using a glue gun.
