You Will Need

* Green Organdie Ribbon
* 8-10 Brown Paper Bags
* Cardboard
* Two Plates to Draw Around
* Glue Gun
* Scissors
* Craft Knife
* Twine

How to Make

Step 1
Find two plates, one of which is smaller than the other. Draw around the larger plate on a piece of cardboard. Use the smaller plate to draw another circle on the inside.

Step 2
Use a craft knife to cut the carboard, forming a ring shape.

Step 3
Take a paper bag, making sure that the folded side is facing up. Using your glue gun, make a line along the centre of the bag. Lay another paper bag directly on top and repeat until all 8 paper bags are stuck together.

Step 4
Using sharp scissors, cut the folded part of the paper bags off.

Cut shapes out of the sides making sure it’s symmetrical on both sides.

Step 6
Now for the fun part, pull the paper bags open like a fan to reveal a beautiful pattern.

Step 7
Attach the paper bags to the cardboard ring using a glue gun.

Step 8
Make a bow from ribbon and attach a loop of twine to the top. Hang it on your front door to be the envy of all your neighbours!
