How to Make Chocolate Flower Lollipops
These flower lollipops are really quick and easy to make – plus, they make a beautiful bouquet.
Why not make these to give as gifts to your friends or family? To make them extra special, place the lollipop in a cellophane bag and secure with pastel coloured ribbon.

* Lollipop Sticks
* Deco Melts in Various Colours
* Saucepan

How To Make
Choose the colour you'd like on the inner circle of your flowers, and melt some of the deco melts either in a bowl over a saucepan of water or in the microwave. Whichever method you chose, ensure that you keep an eye on the chocolate at all times.
Once completely melted and you have a smooth flowing mixture, pour into the central circular sections of the mould. Leave to set in the fridge for around 30 to 45 minutes.
Now melt the colour you would like for the petals, and pour on top of the previously poured chocolate. Use a spatula to ensure that the back of the chocolate sits flat in the mould. Leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Once set, carefully remove the flowers from the mould by gently pushing the front of the mould to release the chocolate. Lay all the flowers face down on a plate or a tray.
Melt a small amount of the petal colour again and, when melted, dip the end of a lollypop stick into the deco melts and then place on the back of a flower. Use a spoon to add a little extra on top of the stick to secure it in place. Repeat with each flower.
Leave to set in the fridge overnight.
