How to Make Dinosaur Party Hats
We're giving those all-important party hats a prehistoric makeover! Set the scene for your dinosaur party by using textured metallic card to make these hats the star of the show. They're super simple and quick to make, and you'll be making extras for the adults!

How to make
Print out the template for the hat and spikes. Place on top of the metallic card and cut out.
Curve the card round into a cone shape, using the centre point as the top, and glue in place with a glue gun. If you wanted to do this with children you could use double sided tape.
Fold over the triangles on the spikes and glue down the spine and adhere to the hat.
Thread approx 50cm elastic onto a thick needle (you could use a darning needle), tie a knot onto the end of it and then pierce a hole through the hat from the inside and pulling the thread though, go up through the outside and then tie a knot to hold it in place.
