How to make

1. Roll a quantity of white icing to approximately 3-4 mm thickness.

2. Use a round cookie cutter that matches the cake size to cut tops for the cakes and place gently but firmly on top.

3. Use heart cutters to cut the decorations from the offcuts.

4. Repeat with the red and fuchsia icing.

5. Moisten the back of each heart with water before placing on top of each cake. (Be sparing!)

6. Place each cake into a cupcake wrap to finish.
