How to Make Kaaba Eid Cards
Create these quick and simple Eid cards to celebrate the end of the Hajj! You'll be surprised how quickly you make them – they look much more complicated than they are.
This is also the perfect craft activity to keep the kids busy. Just be ready to be cleaning glitter off the floor for the next month!

How to make
For the first two card designs we're going to use the outline design border sticker.
Carefully remove the sticker and apply across the top of the card to make the pelmet of the Kaaba. Mix and match the designs you use to add a bit of interest.
You can also add the doorway using the same technique, layering up the designs.
Trim off the excess
To make the negative space design: Cut pieces of masking tape and stick down to create a square approx. 4cm x 4cm. Top tip- test the tackiness of tape before you apply it to make sure it doesn't peel away/rip the card. Apply PVA glue around the edge. Spread the glue outwards, only just covering the edge of the taped square. Don't worry about being tidy with this step!
Sprinkle the glitter on top of the glue and give it a gentle shake to spread it out evenly. Leave to dry before shaking off the excess
Carefully remove the masking tape square
Apply the straight line stickers across the top, trimming to size to create the Kaaba design.
