How to make

You will also need:

Design software enabling you to reverse your chosen design to print

Creasing/embossing tool (fine nib)

Step-1

Measure the head of spoon. When you create a design allow 8mm around the edge to ensure it fits. The font shown is Channel, you can find free fonts available with a quick internet search. Once created, in the settings of your design software flip the image horizontally and print onto tracing paper.

Step-2

Place the ink side of the tracing paper face down onto the spoon and tape into place.

Step-3

Using the embossing tool, rub over the image gently to transfer the ink onto the spoon. Peel back the paper and check the pressure you have applied is enough.

Step-4

While allowing the pyrography tool to heat up for approximately five minutes, rub the text onto the remaining spoons.

Step-5

Use a fine tip to begin with, you can build up thickness if you need to later. For a sweet little detail burn a heart into the end of the spoon.
