Inconsistent discount policy
Last time I bought this yarn there were several on the shelf with no labels so I took 3 and the manager discounted them by 10% when I asked. When I bought another ball in the same condition this week I was told that they don't discount these label less balls as customers pull the labels off and if they discounted them they wouldn't make any money. A manager did discount this batch less ball as I stood my ground but maybe you need to remove the balls with no labels or discount them as standard practice! Please?

Fabulous to use.
I really liked the flecks of colour and bought several balls before I knew what to use it for. I have almost finished the pattern I chose and I have been very happy with the yarn. A habit I picked up from my Mum is to rewind the ball to check for joins and I have yet to find any joins or flaws.

Good weight Aran wool
Just finished knitting this Aran jumper in preparation for next winter! Nice weight Aran wool with little coloured specks through it. It is very warm and soft enough that it doesn’t feel scratchy. Will be buying more!
