The colour of the balloon is black not for good for the occasion. But we didn’t have other options. The stuffing inside it ,which supposed to be blue, was nearly white. So people were confused of the gender as the colour is not revealing anything 😓
It was not as aspected. Staff at the store are generally nice. However, they did not help in looking at the letter themselves and chose the balloon for us. We had to do it ourselves 🤷♀️
