Thick and barely stick
Compared to proper masking tape this stuff is horrible. It has the texture of gaffa tape and barely holds on to anything. The pity for me is I have nine more rolls left to find a use for. I suppose I could just bin them. They are cheap for a reason.

WASHI TAPE
I wanted Washi Tape but you didn’t have it! So I bought the masking tape instead but it wasn’t right for the project I wanted it for, so I bought washi tape at The Works instead.

Perfect for intended use!

Can this be used as masking tape on e.g. card that I am looking to use water colours on?
As these tapes are not designed to easily remove we would not advise to use them as a masking tape that you may later remove when using watercolours.
