Rated 2 out of 5 by Owain from Not YKK I bought this zip for a pair of trousers that I was making. I had gone into Hobbycraft as I thought they sold YKK zips. The Newbury branch until fairly recently, used to have a stand of them. These have now been replaced with this much poorer quality zip. This zip is drastically different in quality to YKK that it makes you appreciate how much better quality YKK are and why they are the global standard for zips. This one just feels cheap and rough and it jams at the top.. I will not be going to Hobbycraft to buy my zips anymore unless they start stocking YKK again. The only positive things I can say about this zip is that the length was good and the colour was a good match.
