Worst kit I've seen
I build kit from the 80s. I build kits from the 70s. I build limited runs. But this, oh this takes the cookie! Fit is appalling, the plastic is thick, heavy and not exactly smooth. Detail leaves a lot to be desired. Build it only as a challenge. Gift it only to people you don't like.

Stay Clear of Mistercraft Models
The quality of this kit is absolute rubbish. The plastic is inferior and it doesn't fit together very well. It needs a lot of filler to hide the gaps. The only good thing about it is the cheap price, approx £9. If you pay peanuts expect rubbish. I'd stay clear.

If your up for a challenge…
Bought for me as a stocking filler as I’d mention making the old Novo kit when I was 10. Hard plastics, poor fit, and the intakes are woefully inaccurate, but…….
If you have patience, a lot of filler, a sanding kit and you’re not a “rivet-counter”, then it should end up looking like a Javelin.
This kit has its origins way back in the 60’s or early 70’s and it shows. Don’t be looking for cockpit detail, there is hardly a cockpit, just two square holes for the seats.
There are massive gaps when you fit the wings and rear stabiliser, so a craft knife is essential to trim the parts to fit the slots.
I’m not an expert, but I like a model to look as though I’ve given it a fair crack, and once, primed and painted I think it will look how I expected it to.
If you want an amazing Javelin, go for the Airfix 1/48, but for 1/6 of the price this is a time (and gap) filler.
Mistercraft……you get what you pay for, and if anything their kits are good for practicing your skills on.

Just Awful!
The molding is so worn out that it is often difficult to see where the sprue stops and the model part starts. Every part is excessivelly chunky and fails to align with other parts. Complete waste of money.

Mistercraft model kits
These are possobly the worst model kits i have ever encountered having been modelling for over 40 years .i would expect to pay more than £5 a kit of this quality .unfortunatley with theft the way it is you cant inspect the contents before you buy

Good but not brilliant.
I have accessories 3D printed to enhance this kit so for the £11 outlay it's well worth it. Not sure about the decals yet but I have alternate sources.
