Need very very strong hands
I used this product to cut holes in shrink plastic but could not create the holes as I could not press hard enough. I consider myself to be fit and able to use products like this. I asked my husband to try and he managed but said it took most of his strengh. I think this product needs revising as it works but it for very very strong hands!

Good
The product was good but hard on the hand, the handles could do with something soft on the ends so it doesn't hurt your hands after punching a lot of holes.

I bought this hole punch to punch paper but it didn't cut all the way through the paper so I will be returning it and getting a refund.
The whole punch I bought can be used on leather but I couldn't get it to punch a hole right through paper so was disappointed. I will be returning to the store and getting a refund.

This product is not sharp enough for card
I needed to cut swmall discs in card for modelmaking at N gauge (car wheels,etc). The only way I could do this was by putting the product in a vice.

The quality is poor, you need to be really strong to be able to get the hole puncher to penetrate anything thicker than paper.

Unfortunately I had to return this item.
There were two reasons for returning the item: firstly the cutter did not line up with the cutting plate, secondly the hand strength needed to make an impression on any material, paper etc was immense - I can only imagine it would have to be used by a man.
For the price paid I suspect that this outcome was not surprising. (The store were very good in refunding the cost.)

A necessary tool for all crafters
I've used one of these punches for many a year. Since our daughter keeps borrowing it, I'll give her this one for Christmas!

Very good value
Purchased these punch pliers to make tidy holes on leather belts. They do the job just fine, although are a wee bit uncomfortable when pressing really hard through thick leather. I have seen other punch pliers which claim to be brilliant but they are three times the price so very satisfied with these.
