Product has changed - rubbish now!!!
They have changed supplier and quality has dived! Used to contain glass - now acrylic. Really bad decision!!! I'm a professional artist and had labelled the back of the frame before realising that it's acrylic so have wasted money as they won't take back. The customer service agent I spoke to was hopeless! I spend a fortune with Hobbycraft but will not continue to do so. There are no independent art shops left so Hobbycraft is my best option - expensive but always quality, up until now!!!!! Tgis is shrinkflation!!!
