Too tightly fitting - returned for refund
I found that with a good quality Aida fabric, the frame was far too tight to fit together and risked ruining the fabric. I returned the frame and got a refund.

Not a great product
Bought this recently for cross stitching however had to return after the hoop would not close or clip into place with the fabric. Staff in-store were incredibly helpful trying to figure it out but even they couldn’t do it having tried with a new hoop off the shelf. Such a shame it didn’t serve it’s purpose.
