Starting out - portrait drawing - good advice received
I wanted to stick to a budget so decent quality items to practice with was my mission. I left the store with everything i needed and all the items i bought are ideal. Ill upgrade to higher quality paper, etc, when im good enough so will definitely come back to Hobbycraft.

just the right thickness and size
The product I purchased was just the right thickness and size, as there were a large variety to choose from, so I one I chose was just what I wanted it for, and it didn't take we long to find it in the shop.

Great quality paper
This A3 pad has really high quality. paper for such a low price, it's the right thickness for painting with acrylics. This paper pad is the cheapest I've found and I would definitely buy again.

Fantastic
Really good quality. Extremely reasonably priced. Needed paper for my daughters GCSE Art Homework. Due to quality would only buy this pad from Hobbycraft. Much better than other retailers.

Great sketching paper - not great for markers or watercolour
This paper is only good for pencil use. For any other media use the specific required paper. Eg: For watercolour pencils/paint, it is best to use the watercolour paper.
