Not quite colour by numbers but, colour by jigsaw
Easy straight edges to put together first, so you have a nice border to begin with.
Then separate into different coloured areas, so you can do section by section.

Terrible customer service
The puzzle I ordered was "substituted" however I wasn't told about this until I made a 2 hour round trip to collect it. Apparently thousands of £'s of puzzles in the great puzzle heist of 2022
