Excellent sturdy box with clip shut lid which stack together
Although this storage box is a bit pricier than most it is well worth the investment. It is much stronger than other boxes, has good lock tight clips at either side and keeps anything inside clean and dry. Better still if you need a set of them, they stack together really well with enforced edges. We have tried many other boxes but they often break and none have such a strong frame and system for stacking. My son has used them for storage for his music festivals and now for his wedding business and they are great for storing and carrying lots of china, cutlery, table clothes etc. We are still investing in them every time we visit hobbycraft!

Boxtastic!
The dimensions of this 48l box are great - large enough to fit plenty in yet not too wide to pick up or carry, or fit through the loft hatch whilst balancing on a ladder! The sides are completely straight not curved at the base so anything in its own box fits right up to the edge without gaps, as with some boxes. It is made of sturdy plastic with a lid that fits on securely without eventually 'twisting'. The handles also have enough to grip if the box is on the heavier side. These boxes are readily stackable, and can be stacked with different sized RU boxes. Very durable. Worth what you pay for them, even better if on special offer!

Really Useful 48L Boxes
I purchased six of these boxes to store quite a lot of A4 Binders in order that I could keep them in my garage (I also put a double layer of small-bubble packing wrap over the top to minimise any moisture getting in this was in addition to the relatively close fitting locking lid).
I already have the 18L and the 42L boxes so I know about the quality, strength and value of the RU Box range already.
My order arrived two days following my online purchase on the Public Holiday Monday. This I thought was excellent.
Also I had to speak to Customer Services and they were really helpful in answering my questions.

Tough . Secure. Good quality. Stack easily .Can see whats in there before having to search through everything
I actually spotted the name of this box as i help in a volountry kitchen. I noticed how much we got in it and how much we had to throw it about. light bulb moment. Now i have a tidy shed and have been able to store my camping gear I can see exacly where things are and they seem far more sturdy and safer to stack than other boxes and if you drop them bevause of closing mechanism they dont spill . They also large for example my two ring burner and pans went in one. Also the plastic doesnt seem to get being beittle. one in soup kitchen is 3 years old and as good as mine at home.

Moving house
These boxes are amazing. I bought 10 to start with and then 5 more. They were great as boxes to move stuff to new house in and also amazing for storage. Great to finally have all my son's clothes from being a baby organised in separate see through boxes. The other great thing about these boxes is that the house we moved into had no plug in the sink (& no basin), so the box doubled up as a sink! I'm tempted to buy more while on offer as I would like all the storage boxes to match when they finally get up into the attic.

One of the most useful items i possess!!
I have several of theses and use them for all sorts of things like storing plastic containers in the kitchen, artwork, files, papers for collage,photographs and sewing fabrics to name a few. You name it - it stores it! I have several of them.

As labelled really useful
Excellent boxes have had some before and now getting more. Solid watertight and did I say useful before? Have 8 boxes of yarn....mothproofing and able to see what I have put in the boxes. Perfect for me and craft needs.

Great plastic boxes
These boxes are strong, easily stackable, shaped well so the bottom of the box is almost the same size as the top, therefore you don't lose space and are able to store items easily. Very good
