Spent to save!
We all know how good Really Useful Boxes are but this one is saving me money and will soon pay for itself. I like to buy nice rolls of wrapping paper for birthdays and Christmas but rarely use a whole roll. I try to keep them safe for next time but they always get squashed or battered, so I end up wasting the ragged part. Lately had my rolls in a long cardboard box but couldn't see into the box so they all got tipped out every time getting tattier and tattier. Loving my new box - now i can find whichever roll I need so easily. It's definitely "Really Useful". Only one drawback.... it's made me 'need' a new box to store all the ribbons and bows!!!!

Really useful storage box
The wrapping paper box is a fabulous storage solution. I like to have plenty of choice for gift wrap and always buy Christmas wrapping paper in the January sales so it’s good to have such a tidy option for storage. The box is a very good size and holds about 20 rolls of standard wrapping paper, so I always have a choice and it stores away in the back of a cupboard or under a bed so is always easy to get out when needed.

Bigger than it looks
This is a great item. At first I thought it was too small for all the paper I have about the house, but when I added them I realised looks are deceiving. All the paper is now stored away and there is still space for more.
Although a couple of rolls didn't fit in due to the length of the rolls. One would of fit diagonally but then the others would not all be nicely packed away. But this is an unusually long roll of paper & most rolls fit even with space for a few bows or ribbon at one end.
I'm happy my paper is all in one place, my other half happy coz he was sick of finding rolls of paper. Very handy.

Absolutely perfect!
This box is exactly what I wanted - I have fit 14 rolls of wrapping paper in and could probably tuck a few more in. Fits under the bed. Couldn't be happier!

Not the Usual High Standard Really Useful Box
I had to return this box. Unlike all other really useful boxes i have (I have a lot!) the lid did not fit well because the side walls were not rigid enough. I use these boxes in my loft where some winters i get mice so everything has to be stored carefully. Unfortunately, because the long side walls are not very rigid it would have been possible for a little mouse to have got inside the box. If security of the box is not important to you then the box would do a good job of storing you wrapping paper or old VHS tapes. However, if you need to keep out mice or moisture then you wont want these. Such a shame that the otherwise excellent Really Useful range is not up to it's usually high standard with this size box.

Gorgeous !
I am completely in love with Hobbycraft!
I only found you recently and already all my storage issues are sorted and I have been inspired with ideas fir new projects.
For years I’ve had to cobble together my supplies with bits & pieces from all over... charity shops, Mum’s cast offs, Dunelm Mill, market stalls - you get the picture. But now, I can go go to one place, mooch for an hour or more and happily find everything I need. The staff are helpful and the prices are fair.
What more could a girl like me need?

Excellent Multi Use Boxes
Bought initially to stop wrapping paper getting damaged and a great place to buy and store reduced price wrapping paper ahead of time. They also worked out great for storing DVDs, Blu Rays and Games in the children's bedrooms. Simple to use easy to stack such a really useful purchase.

The box does the job!
I have previously bought one of these boxes to store wrapping paper and have found it really useful. You can see what's in the box plus it's long enough to fit most rolls of wrapping paper and even the longer ones can fit in there diagonally across it. So I now have one each for birthdays and Christmas. They can stack or sit side by side in my cupboard and take up less space than my previous box. It keeps the wrapping paper unsquashed and can be used for all sorts of paper including craft paper on rolls. The only criticism I can make is that the blue clips which hold on the lid lift up a little too easily but if you know that then you ensure they're always down so the lid stays on!
