Not my favourite fondant
Not my favourite fondant as I found it difficult to cover an 8 inch cake with it as it kept falling apart.

Is this icing suitable for making flowers? It seems quite sticky - does it set hard enough to keep its shape?
if looking to make flowers that sit flat to the cake this can be used, if wanting them to be more intricate and raised, an edible modelling paste would instead be recommended.
