For front of birthday book.
I bought this ribbon to use on the front of a birthday book. Its a very versatile ribbon in that you can bend the wires and fold the ribbon up, very easily to make even numbers of gathers/pleats. I will add this to the outside of the red pom pom ribbon border that frames the numbers of this birthday book.
