Rated 4 out of 5 by R Ashworth from Troll-mad little girl wanted a "swishy" skirt Have never used this fabric before. It was a bit fiddly and time-consuming, and there is probably a specific method for sewing this but I managed to get some layers attached to the skirt fabric. I would use it again if the situation arises.
