Bought to try since Winsor & Newton Cotman Cobalt Blue was out of stock. Colour pretty true, but I am not impressed, I'm afraid. The paint appeared thin, and coverage was poor and uneven. Wet into wet it performed badly. Wet into dry not so bad but dried patchy compared to W&N Cotman. There are no pigment numbers, no information on lightfastness or opacity, nor is there any safety information (AP/ACMI) that I can see.
