Pretty Bad
I thought this would be like the many other watercolour postcards I use . It isnt. Its pretty awful and I will now use it up for maybe just pen drawings. The paper soaks in the paint really badly - it doesnt act like water colour paper.
Just dont buy this product.

Absolutely awful
This paper loses it's sizing and mottles making it absolutely useless for watercolour painting, do not buy!
Brought in A3, A4 and A6 whilst on 3 for 2 sale and they all have the same problem, save your money for something better.

Very good value
These were perfect for painting simple Christmas card designs on. They're weighty enough for posting, but with a slight trim, they fit into photo-frame blanks. Maybe you can't work and rework extensively, but that's a stretch with a lot of watercolour paper, unless you are willing to spend on it. I'm reordering! Not artist quality, but very useable, nonetheless.

Not for watercolours!
Awful watercolour paper...even the gentlest wet on wet causes the paper to pill as if the paper has been overworked. I have used a variety of different watercolor papers including quite cheap paper. None of them have been as dire as this... Unfortunately, I bought 2 pads...Lesson learnt!

No good quality paper!!!
Sorry Hobbycraft this watercolour paper is rubbish, the only thing I liked was the texture. But doesn’t like masking tape, paper goes very fluffy on removal, also not good at absorbing the watercolour paint well!
Please do NOT buy!
Would NOT recommend at all

Postcards Shore and Marsh
Paper is very poor quality and the glue holding the cards together is so thick that the postcards tore on removing them. The paper on one of the cards divided into layers when wet with paint. Very poor quality product

Disappointed
As other reviewers have mentioned, this paper is not particularly good as wetting the paper, even with the smallest amount makes a smudged mess.
