It sucks, sadly ☹️
Terribly disappointing and frustrating experience. We were very excited about this and it was a long-pondered investment but it simply did not work. At all. Just chewed up the fabric and thread, kept jamming, wouldn't go beyond 6 stitches without an error code flashing up.
Very faffy and fiddly, instruction manual didn't explain everything, options turned out not to be "limitless" as claimed and designs have to be saved in some bizarre format.
Staff in store were not familiar with the machine so couldn't answer our questions and were guessing.
Only gave one star because there isn't the option of giving none and at least we got our money refunded without argument.

I would advise to avoid
Item now returned, machine disconnected multiple times during. Although did not stop as advised when disconnected, snapped needle and went through my partners finger when disconnected, slamming down the needle.

Not as good as it should be
Not as straight forward as I thought. I had connecting issues and the embroidery side of things just didn’t go as suppose to. I would suggest that anyone wanting an embroidery machine go for the CA1 model. Much much better

Please don't waste your money
Wow what a waste of money . This machine can not do a full embroidery design. I've have literally tried everything to solve all it's problems (changing needle , upper thread, lower thread, tension) and every time an error comes up it is so disheartening. Most common problem is the thread gets stuck underneath the plate and that is a pain within itself trying to unravel the thread from underneath the plate. I have also recently had it serviced which took a month it's self to do. I bought this machine before any reviews were added , there is a reason this machine is rated 1 star. We all can't be that bad at embroidery and sewing. Please don't waste your money on this machine and invest in a machine for a more reputable brand like brother or Janome.

Not good
This is such an awful machine, constantly disconnects to from the wifi and can't pick up the design halfway through, rips the fabric even though the stabilizer is on and is in the frame tight enough, so disappointed especially after spending so much on it!!!

This product’s description is inaccurate. You cannot create your own designs which is why I have since returned the machine.

Couldn’t get it to connect to WiFi. Machine manufacturer tried to help but still unable to connect. Returned for refund.
