Great little wedding decoration!
I bought this along with the Uniball Posca PC 5M liquid chalk marker in white to decorate for my wedding. The slate is great, although I looked through a couple before choosing the one I bought.
A piece of advice, don't panic if the slate doesn't look as black as you'd like when you pick it up from the shop. A quick wipe down with warm water removes any dusty white/chalk residue and leaves it looking lovely and well, slate-y!

A great gift with multiple uses.
I bought this for my wife. Instead of using it as a chalk board, which you can do to make brief notes on, I wrote a personal message around the perimeter in white. I used a typex pen for this which turned it into a great personal gift. Well recommended although I did find it cheaper elsewhere, after I bought it.

Love these!!!!
I absolutely love these cute heart shaped slate hearts. I have bought pens and decorated these as Santa countdown boards, house number signs and my daughters playhouse sign. They look brilliant and are really well made. Even better at the sale price.

Beautiful heart slate, can be used for many different things or just hung as it is.
I bought the slat when it was half price, not sure I would pay full price for it.

This product was great quality at a great price. The product was designed with acrylic paint by myself and was given to a teacher, who hung up the heart slate and loved it!
The staff were very helpful and directed me to exactly what I need. Will definitely be shopping from Hobby craft regularly!
