useful for leaving messages
I bought couple of these standing wooden blackboards when on offer after reading a review on leaving messages. The boards do not have a chain or something to stop it from opening up and falling down. I might have to do that my self or put against the wall or something else to lean on. Sometimes due to shift work family members are not around or awake and I used to write notes but this is handy. I have ordinary white chalk but I have to say I have press hard on the chalk to show up the message I have not used chalk pens as this not always easy to rub off.

fantastic piece of kit
I enjoy using the mini blackboard me and my husband leave messages for one another its usefull it looks great in our kitchen and saves on paper it has been used for saying i love you to writing down dont forget the milk

Amazing little buy
I brought this because it was on offer, however knowing what I know now I would have brought it full price. This is a sturdy, spacious and durable blackboard. I used a white paint marker and created a beating little sign for my craft stalls at events. Would highly recommend! Brilliant value for money!!

Chalk board
I added white vinyl to make a wedding countdown board. It looks so good. They are a good price for what they are. The leg could be a bit stronger but this is reflected in the price. I’d pay a little more if it was stronger. Overall though it’s a good product!

One-off use
My daughter bought this to use for fun - but the chalk (normal crayola also bought in hobbycraft) does not come off with duster or damp cloth - therefore it is only good for one-off use eg on wedding tables. Not good for fun every-day imagination use

Perfect for small signs
This white wooden frame small blackboard is made well. The stand allows for different angles but would need to be wedged if not fully extended. The black board surface is smooth and cleans well. It works very well with the liquid chalk pen
