Tamiya acrylic paint..one of the most reliable for consistent results!..
I use Tamiya acrylics for plastic modelling, and have always been impressed with their consistency as regards quality and results. For airbrushing, I top up each colour after first opening with Tamiya thinner to almost the brim of the the paint pot. After thoroughly mixing, the colours can be applied in thin consistent layers to the desired surface after it has been prepared and primed. Thinning is very important for maximum results when using an airbrush.
Great products, which I have used with great success for years...highly recommended!..

A excellent shade of iron
You can’t go wrong with Tamiya paints and Tamiya’s shade of dark iron is a great example of this.Wonderful for painting dark metal surfaces like tools, and exhausts on armor models as well as on figures. The paint dries to a light sheen that gives an impression of metal..So if your airbrushing or brush applying, this paint does the job well

Excellent Product
Tamiya colour works really well on vinyl model kits, whether as supplied or mixed. Always use with X-20A thinners for good airbrush flow, coverage and clean useage. Good range of colour tones for military kits aircraft, tanks etc.
