Excellent sugar paste for covering cakes
I bought 5 packets of sugar paste in june 26 and july 26 about to buy more for 2 more cakes. I don't agree with negative comments. This stuff is amazing for coating cakes, no cracks, perfectly malleable and a beautuful smooth finish. Cakes were sat for five days as lovely as when I first made them. You need to soften the packets and the best way is sit on them to warm them a bit. Rolling out doesn't even need icing sugar. Doesn't stick to rolling pins. Also brilliant for model making the cake decorations.

Smooth finish but odd texture
First time i have used this brand. Not sure about the texture felt quite stiff. I did like that i didnt get any cracking when smoothing over the edge of the cake and it was a nice shade of green for a garden cake.

New sugar paste
This is the worst icing that I have ever purchased. I have been making cakes for 18 years. It was dry and no amount of kneading was going to make it better
