Excellent sugar paste
This is great quality sugar paste. Takes a bit more effort to get working than some but it’s worth the effort. Covers well, no elephant skin and good flavour. I tend to cut into small blocks, knead each and gradually bring together. Can also be softened by a few very short blasts in the microwave.

Great sugarpaste
I use this sugarpaste all the time as a professional baker. It needs kneading a lot and sometimes a few seconds (like 5 second bursts) in the microwave helps to soften it. but it stretches well without elephant skin. You can get it quite thin and it will go a fair way.

This is great if your in a rush
This is the first time of using sugar paste and it was hard to start kneading but once it had warmed rolling and covering the cake was easy and the taste is good to so for me it was a win win

Too hard
I cannot recommend this icing. It's rock hard and I ended up microwaving it. I was going to show my grand-daughter how to ice a cake, but it was impossible for a novice to work with.

Great for covering cakes
Used to use fondant for covering cakes but this is so much better! No icing sugar needed as it does stick to my rolling made, and good quality colour

White sugar paste. Is this suitable for nut allergy sufferers? Im having trouble finding some. Also is it suitable for icing xmas cake?
Yes it is nut free.I have just checked it on the internet and it states that it is made in a nut free facility.
