Rated 1 out of 5 by Hayleyd82 from Not happy Didn’t get my item. Ordered click and collect but the shop assistant had sent all orders back by mistake, as she thought it was October, not November. Had the item in stock still so she put it behind the counter, for me to purchase once my refund had gone through. Went back to collect the item and somebody had sold it! Only one left in stock in my town and we needed it for Christmas
