Changed the content of paper
I have purchased these water colour pads for many years however the paper was different this time. I have found it very grainy and not as good as before.

Disappointing
This might say it's 300gsm paper, but it feels weak and doesn't react well to being wet.

Sadly not good paper
Sadly it seems that these pads are now being sourced from a different paper maker. This paper is really thin in places (hold it up against the light) and has a very strange texture. I took it back straight away, was refunded and I managed to find one of the original pads on the shelf. It's a real shame as these used to be really good and were my go to paper for loads of my watercolour paintings.

I like it
This is more textured than I’m used to and I’m really enjoying the experience. It’s a good quality paper and I’m pleased I bought it.

Good quality watercolour paper easy to tear off. Can use both sides.
