Really good set of paints for a starter
I bought these with the intent of just doing some painting for fun and to relax. I am a complete beginner but these paints have been really good, especially for the price. My friend tried them and said they were brilliant compared to other watercolours that are around the same price. Great value, great quality.

Great for a beginner
Great set to see if you want to progress further with painting in watercolours. I haven't used the brush supplied with the paints, as I already had other brushes. But paints are great for a beginner.

Ok to trial as a beginner...
I bought this as an affordable introduction to watercolour painting, and I found it to be satisfactory. However, the colours appear quite pale and very chalky once they dry. I plan to try a more expensive palette for comparison. Additionally, you will definitely need more brushes than the one supplied, as it is of poor quality and doesn’t allow for precise application.

Not great quality
I bought these today and have been experimenting with them this afternoon. They are a very cheap set and they have a good range of colours, but they are poor quality. The tin itself, the plastic insert and brush are all very flimsy and cheap feeling. The paints themselves come up very chalky so unfortunately cannot recommend.
