Nice pattern, but watch for the errors
I made the red snowflake tea cosy, and it turned out well, but there are errors in the pattern, so just use it carefully.
The only serious one was the wrong number of stitches where it divides for the spout, but it's not hard to work out what it should be if you proceed with caution. If you do what the pattern says, you have the wrong number of stitches for the next row, so I should have spotted the error at that point.
The other issue was that the change of colour was done such that you had to keep breaking off and rejoining the wool, resulting in lots of ends to sew in. It is possible to adjust the pattern to prevent this, but I'd only recommend it if you're an experienced knitter and used to adjusting patterns. Otherwise just put up with sewing in ends!!
I did have to make a 2nd cosy to give as a present (because I hadn't spotted the spout issue), but I was very pleased with the result, and so was the recipient.
