These plunge cutters cut and emboss your icing!
I am an Artisan at Hobbycraft, and I was asked to test these new butterfly plunge cutters. I used them for two baking projects; small butterflies fondant icing for decorating small white chocolates and larger butterflies for rose buttercream cupcakes. I found them really easy to use. They emboss into the icing to create the wing veins and cut out the outline all in one. The impressions were clear and the outlines cut very neatly. The plunger also helps to push the icing out again once it is cut. There are 4 sizes in the pack, so great for a variety of projects. Cleaning was easy too, I hand-washed , then left to air dry. These created really clear, professional looking edible decorations. I would definitely recommend.
