Wrongly titled
NOT a fondant smoother. This thing is for scraping buttercream etc to create a flat surface. It WILL NOT work on fondant, aka sugarpaste, rolled icing, to smooth it. For that you need a flat surfaced item with a raised handle on one side. Rubbish description of the product, going back.
