Eco friendly glitter but no compromise on quality
Thank you Hobbycraft! So pleased to see bio-degradable glitter is now available in your stores. The product itself is 95% plastic free and compostable. The glitter is not quite as fine as everyday glitter, but this is no compromise as it is excellent quality and adheres well to card. You would not know the difference. It looks as sparkly as normal glitter but is recyclable. A great step forward.

Excellent stuff
Looks the business to be honest. I just built a home made Christmas Gazebo, and this product is exactly what I wanted to create a snow scene around the outside of my model.

I Love Hobbycraft
What a life saver! Going into Hobbycraft rekindled my passion for creativity; inspired me into action and brought lots of new ideas, materials and products to my attention. There is so much to choose from it’s like being a child in a sweetie shop but being allowed to get what I want and need.
I get excited about going in, and have recently been gifted a sizeable gift card for my Birthday - so exciting - and I can build up more points on my Hobbycraft card to get more!!

Wouldn't use again
Do not use this if you want sparkle it gives a frosted look.Whilst it is biodegradable it lacks on the sparkle effect

Very shimmery and doesn’t clump together.
This glitter is really fine and pretty. I used it to make a sensory globe (filling a bottle/globe with water, clear glue and glitter), and I couldn’t really see it much but I think it’s because I added too much of the other colour. However it doesn’t clump together and it does add a nice shimmery effect to my sensory globe.

Not so much glittery !!
I know it's biodegradable but that's probably the problem, it's not a patch on the old glitter. Once it's sealed it goes dull and lifeless (even with a high gloss lacquer) not good and I won't be buying it again.
