Smooth fondant
Lovely icing, bought 2 and kneaded together, covered engagement cake well. Very smooth and tasted good too. Only down side was no indication on packet or online as to what size cake it covers, even assistant in shop was perplexed.

Fantastic Hobbycraft’s own…
I was a little nervous about using an own brand but wow! Pleasantly surprised by its elasticity and its cake coverage! Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Too Soft
This Fondant Icing is easy to work with with but I found it too soft. It didn't seem firm enough to hold its shape. . After covering a cake with fondant icing it usually dries to a smooth firm finish. This icing stayed very soft and sticky. I was very disappointed with the overall finish of the cake and wouldn't purchase this product again. In future I will purchase my usual product.

There are expensive fondant icings and cheap ones .
This is a cheap one but for a very good reason.simply it is rubbish. I have used renshaw for 10 years. Recently I wanted to experience what's it like use the supermarket own brands and compared them . To my surprise two of the cheapest supermarket brands were the best ones . I thought I give it ago to hobbycraft own brand too. It is very soft unworkable. Do not buy this product for just 3 pounds less than a well known one as it's not worth your time and headache that will come with it when you try and use it . I would not recommend this product. Only reason I have 2 stars not one is because there is one supermarket brand out there that is worse than this although I must say that is even half a price to this one .
Expensive, too soft , do not colour well, unworkable, you got to spend a lot of time and money and effort to try and make this product work . I will highly not recommend.

Best fondant icing I have ever used.
Best fondant icing I have used so far.
Renshaw is poor compared to this.
Very easy to roll and never cracked like others I used previously.
I will be using this in future.
Also price is more affordable than other brands.

Awful product
Awful product! The texture became like toothpaste after a bit of kneading to make it soft enough to roll out. It basically has two forms: too stiff to roll or too pasty to move.

Renshaw icing is absolutely horrific lately it dries out so quickly! The quality is lacking everything I would never purchase it again. Please change to saracino pasta top
