Disappointed that you can see the corner joins
I was disappointed that you can see the corner joins, considering that it was a reasonably expensive frame. Unfortunately you can't check the corners before buying as they are protected with cardboard covers. It's a good thing to protect them, but not so great that you can't check the finish.

Not in the box!!
Omitted from the very large padded box marked fragile! I called customer services who say it's out of stock! My refund will take up to 5 working days. I'll be checking to make sure that's not mitted too! Crazy

Disappointed.
Disappointed with the quality of the frame for the price. The mitre joints in the corner were obvious and there was damaged to a corner on both frames.

Frame for cross stitch
Well made frame. Enhanced the look of the cross stitch I put in it. A broad enough frame to put cross stitch in. Hangs well on the wall too.

Frame damaged
2 corners of the frame were damaged. Couldnt see until wrapping and cardboard corners removed. Feel frame is also overpriced.
