Not happy at all.
I have always used hobby craft premium hammered card. Normally very pronounced hammered effect and excellent quality card. I visited hobbycraft at bridgemere last week and there was none in stock. I went online and saw it was in stock so ordered some for collection on Monday. When I collected it, it was in a bag and sealed. Brought it home and never checked it until today. Oh I am so disappointed as it doesn’t even look hammered. It is nowhere near the same as I have always had before. I will have to take another trip to bridgemere to return it for a refund. it will be the third trip to bridgemere in a week and it’s not as if it’s down the road as it’s about 14 mile away. So annoyed.

Not the same
I have been purchasing this 300gsm white hammered card for the past two years and make greetings cards with it (as a business). The quality of the card is always commented on by customers and being beautiful and luxurious. I purchased two packs this past week and it is completely different card. It is far inferior now and has no business being badged as hammered superior card. whilst it is still 300gsm there is a hint of a texture to it (barely visible) and is not as vibrant white as it once was. Can only assume that there has been a change to supplier and whomever passed it off as a good alternative should really think again. I have returned by packs and will try to seek an alternative source in order to maintain my own quality of service. have added a photo to show the difference. the sheet with the black lines on is the original hammered card and the white sheet underneath is the new 'hammered' card. Nothing similar about it at all, sadly.

A4 white ‘Hammered card’
Have been buying the previous supplies of this card for at least 5 years, which was good quality with very definitive hammered look and feel. I was disappointed to see the new ‘version’ of this supposed product which looks as though it has barely been through the ‘hammering’ process. I shall be seeking an alternative supplier in future.

This isn’t hammered card - it’s awful texture and not like any I’ve purchased before - including from hobby craft! Total waste of money.

Completely changed - now very poor quality
So disappointed- have bought your wonderful hammered card for years and this bears no resemblance - it is thin and weak , is not patterned properly, and is not strong enough to take designs or even stand up properly PLEASE RETURN TOYOUR PREVIOUS SUPPLIER

I am so upset with this card I have been purchasing this product for a few years now and seems they have changed suppliers, which is extremely disappointing, I will be returning the three packs I’ve just bought as they look cheap and far from premium.

Fabulous hammer card!
I have used the older hammer card and also the newer and in my opinion improved hammer card. Whilst the older definitely had more of a hammered effect I much prefer this newer one it is a beautiful texture and I adore it for my cards and my sample making
