Lacks quality
This was bought as a present for me for which I'm grateful. However, as an experienced cross-stitcher I found this product lacks in quality. It comes as a ready-made cushion, complete with zip, but how you are supposed to get your hands inside to apply the stitches is not explained. I have had to unpick a large part of the very thin backing which is fraying as I work!
