'NEVER AGAIN!'
Bought this item in a mixed order weeks ago, have just gone to use it & it has NO CELLOPHANE IN THE BAG to actually wrap the Hamper?!
Just about the last straw, especially as my FIRST ORDER NEVER ARRIVED & I had to go through all the hassle of messaging, filling in proof of no delivery & having another extended wait before the 'second' delivery DID successfully find it's way to my door.
Therefore, after probably my worst experience ever shopping online, I doubt 💯% that I'll be using Hobbycraft again.

No cellophane wrap FYI
Bought this from the shop and didn’t realise it did not come with the cellophane wrap. Seems silly to be a diy hamper with a bow if no cellphone wrap included to wrap the hamper up.

Couldn’t use it
I bought this to gift hampers and there’s no cellophane to wrap the hampers, but it comes with a bow?? Why include one without the other?

Poor wicker basket
Very poor does not have cellophane wrapper to complete. Hooby craft sell cellophane bags that do not fit
