I bought Raw Umber, not Raw Amber!
Cotman watercolours are pretty good quality for paints aimed at students and learners. I actually prefer the hue of the Cotman version of this paint to the professional version which is much more expensive. It's marked down because the Hobbycraft website is just not fit for purpose when it comes to buying paints - it's hopelessly organised in comparison to some of their competitors. Oh - and it's Raw Umber NOT Raw Amber as per your listing! The perils of spell-check, I'd guess.

w&n cotman watercolour
after using very high end watercolour i decided to try this and thought id notice the difference. w & n have nailed it.
behaved exactly how im used to, even diluted heavily - it holds a nice even tone when dried.
