True to colour & mixes well
This is one of my "go-to" basic colours. For the non professional the Cotman range is affordable quality. They also mix well. Cheaper stuff is a waste of money as you just use far more to achieve the depth of colour you want.

I have mainly used cotman watercolour paints for my work, they may be considered student quality but have a great colour strength. and lets face it for the price who needs paints that will last 100's of years anyway.

Used it straight from the tube, and worked the surface as I wanted
I don’t like to wast paint so I added water to my pallet the next day. The colour was excellent and worked on wet to wet and dry as you would expect. Mixed well too.
