Versatile, deep beautiful paint.
I bought this paint on a whim. I'd resisted paints outside of my 'core' selection but from the moment I opened the tube I was blown away. This is a wonderful, rich blue (PB16) which, on it's own is both beautiful and versatile but but as I discovered to my delight is even more wonderous when mixed. I've created light and crisp greens whe mixed with Transparent Yellow. Winsor Lemon brought out the Turquoise Green quality of the pigment and New Gamboge, which I don't normally use as it's not single pigment, created a deep forest green. This is a must for me now. It's awesome.
It's transparent, mildly staining, excellent light-fastness and permanence. PB16.
