The Winsor & Newton Refined Linseed Oil is the most popular oil from the Winsor & Newton range. It is an alkali-refined oil of pale colour that reduces oil colour consistency and increases gloss and transparency.
The low viscosity alkali refined oil dries slowly to create the glossier effect when working with oil paints. This oil can also be added to other oils to slow the drying time when working to create your unique effects.

Good quality product
This oil works perfectly well for blending oil paints. The only negative is the plastic bottle - I would give it five star if in a glass bottle.
