I've never crocheted a thing before and this was easy to use once I got the hang of it and looked lovely as a baby blanket for my granddaughter. Quite proud of myself! Colours are so subtle and pretty. No 4 crochet hook. Needed 4x 50grm balls to make a blanket approx 60-65cm square

Item is nothing like the picture shown.
The picture of the wool used to advertise this product looks nothing like the item I received and is a very deceiving advertisement of the product. I was using the W.I do 100g wool and water to add a colourful row into my work. I ordered the above wool as it looked nice, thick and fluffy. It is a very silky and shiny in look and is unbelievably thin and cheap. No where near worth £4. It has a lot of green in it which is not in the picture above. It meant it was no use for my project. Very disappointing!

Baby leggings
Used this long repeat yarn to break up a monotony of pink in a baby set. Pink hat and coat and these striped leggings. Lovely soft yarn. Made a striking outfit.

Fantastic to crochet with.
I have used Womens Institute acrylic yarn for crochet blankets, crochet dolls and teddies. It's the most beautiful yarn I've worked with. Smooth to crochet with and doesn't catch when being pulled through. The colours...just beautiful. And to make things even better, the price is fantastic too! Totally recommended for all your yarny needs!

This yarn is so soft to use and great for crochet!
This yarn is so soft for acrylic wool I love the colours and have made many granny squares out of it. I was expecting it to be slightly thicker but that’s my own fault for not checking if it was doubleknit so if you want a thick Yarn be sure to check!
