Booked 3 balloons to be ready for collection at 2.30pm after work and before school run,they weren't ready, I had to wait while they were inflated, left at nearly 3pm. One just blew away, it was NOT tied to the string properly, which I was left holding. I had to go to school run, dropped remaining balloons indoors(attached to the weights) then go back to get another no2, they gave it to me but no weight which I had left with the other balloons, Daisy was not nice, understanding or helpful. Ruined the surprise for my 12 year old.

Birthday balloons
Very disappointed, my daughter recently turned 21 , obviously with lock down could not have the celebration we would have liked, ordered 21 in helium ballon for a surprise for her at home, collected them from store and they were flat in a packet , would not blow them up with helium,they said they had it in store but would not blow them up for me because of covid .........seriously my daughter is only 21 once that day has passed and I still have two balloons flat in there packets .....disappointing

Foil balloon
Love the colour of the balloon. Had it filled with helium instore for an additional £2. Which is pretty reasonable for such a big balloon. Just a shame it deflated in 3 days.

Would definitely buy again
Brought this in store and had filled with helium. Still looked brilliant after 5 days so amazing quality. It is now 1 week later and both balloons are still floating at full height however only is still full and looking as good as the day I brought it. The other is looking a little deflated, but they were filled 7 days ago! Definitely worth the money. Would buy again.

Could not get inflated
No helium available in store for inflation, they sent me to a card shop to inflate but they would not blow up balloons not purchased from them, hobbycraft offered to sell me a £20 can of helium for 2 balloons, very unhappy, caused last minute rush to get balloons elsewhere

Balloons
This was perfect to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. I had them inflated and they lasted for many days before I threw them away. Good value, however I think that if you purchase the numbers from Hobby Craft, then inflating them should be included within the price.

Lasts for ages!
I bought this helium balloon for a birthday. I was told it was guaranteed to stay inflated for 12 hours but I have had it 6 days now and it’s still going strong! Much bigger than I thought it would be, a lovely colour too.
