Great Colours and Pigment
Bought these pencils after looking at many Youtube reviews as I was looking for an affordable alternative to Prismacolor pencils. They lay down beautifully, and after 2 or 3 layers you have a rich and vibrant colour. They work well on all types of paper as well and sharpen well without any breakages, and hold a poit well. The only downside to them is that Hobbycraft do not do the largest pack, but these 24 colours are enough to get you started, as you can buy these open stock if you need spares or other colours

So lovely to use
I had never used these pencils before and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth they are to use and how nicely they blend together. I'll never go back to cheap pencils. So glad of the recommendation from the store colleague.

Fantastic quality!
Very high quality of colour and tones. Easy to blend together and build depth into your artwork. Also comfortable to hold due to a soft matte outer coating.

Good quality and range of colours
Good range of colours, quite a waxy pencil but they seem to layer well as long as you start with light layers to avoid build up. Haven’t had any leads break and they can be sharpened to a pretty good point. Also very good value compared to similar pencils

These are amazing!
I am beginner when it comes to colouring and blending/shading and I bought these because I wanted pencils I could trust and they’re absolutely amazing. They blend so well together and are quite vibrant too!

Good quality
Good quality pencils at a reasonable price. Lovely depth of colour. Nice selection of 24 shades in the tin with option to buy other single pencils if required.

Amazing
I am really into my colouring at the minute to help relax and these colours are amazing. I have never spent so much on colour pencils but I’m glad I did.

In relation to polychromos pencils, how much softer is the lead and do they wear down quicker if they are? Thank you.
In my opinion yes they are softer than Polychromas but no, they do not wear down quicker nor do they break easily. They really are a lovely pencil to work with and can’t fault them. Hope this helps
